Yoga teacher , Bowen Therapist, Massage Therapist - remedial, deep tissue and sports massage. Men's groupwork (counselling), Contemporary rites of passage for boys.

A workout for both body and soul - this dance based therapy balances and harmonises the flow of life force energy. Classes begin first week Feb, 6 Week Beginners Class/ ongoing Intermediate Classes. Weekend Workshops throughout the year.

Tuesday  10 – 11.30am Palmwoods- CWA Hall, Main St.
                  3.15 – 4.45pm  Palmwoods-Pre-school,Palmwoods/Montville Rd.
$12 per session or 6 classes for $60.

Yoga Classes Monday 10.30am and Thursday 8.30am. Cost - $10 per class.
