What is Lymphatic Drainage? |
||
Lymphatic Drainage was developed in Germany in the 1930’s. It is a very light pressure massage which stimulates the lymph (waste fluid), expelling toxins, waste products, excess water and bacteria out of the body. It is a great way to detox the body, maintaining general wellbeing and to remove fluid build-up. When you hear a person say their ‘glands are up’, they are referring to their Lymph Glands being fuller. This happens when a person becomes ill and has excess build up of waste in the body due to the cells fighting the bacterial invasion. |
