T.F.T is a quick and simple healing therapy created for the removal of emotional disturbances such as anxiety, phobias, fears, stress, guilt, rage, trauma, depression, grief and obsession.  It is a great therapy for overcoming physical addictions and withdrawal symptoms.

The practice of Thought Field Therapy, (otherwise known as Magic Tapping), involves tapping the fingers at meridian points on the upper body and hands, in a certain sequence depending on the complaint.  It focuses on the effects of the energy system in relation to emotions and behaviour and therefore works on the energy information pathways for the treatment of emotional problems.  T.F.T works by reversing psychological blocks.
