I practice as a pain therapist (facilitator) incorporating remedial massage, myo fascial release therapy,craniosacral therapy, reflexology, deep muscle tendon and ligament therapy, and aromatherapy. I am also a neuro linguistic programming therapist and use EFT and Ericksonian hypnosis. I treat lymhodema with MLD (a registered trade mark for the Dr Vodder method of manual lymph drainage) post cancer and when the lymphatic system is compromised by medication or disease.

I also use a Low Level Intensive Light laser to stimulate the immune system and pain relief. It is also very effective in breaking up calcium deposits like spurs and treating addictive behaviour with laser accupuncture.

At the first consultation part of the time will be spent discussing lifestyle and current health problems to establish an effective treatment plan. It is not possible to undertake a full body massage using Manual Lymph Drainage massage. Specific areas of the body are worked instead. The first consultation and massage is likely to take approximately 1 ½ hours. Subsequent visits may be 1 hour or less.
